Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We are not currently able to deliver internationally.
Rates
- Standard: $8.00
- Standard: free on orders of $70.00 or more
- Express: $15.00
Rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
Processing
Orders are picked and dispatched from our fulfilment partner in Wyoming on business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email when it ships. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.
Delays
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. Weather, holidays and carrier backlogs can add time. If a parcel appears lost we will replace it or refund it.
Addresses
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second shipping charge may apply.
Subscription deliveries
Each renewal ships on the same terms as your first order. You can change your delivery address at any time from your customer account, and the change applies to the next order that has not yet been processed.
