Who we are

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. We currently sell and ship within the United States only.
About the product
Original Persimmon Soap is a cosmetic cleansing bar. It is not a medicine and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition or a known allergy, read the ingredient list and speak to your doctor before use.
Where we cite ingredient research, that research tested the ingredient, not our finished product.
Orders and prices
All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and tax, which are calculated at checkout. An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, and will refund you in full if we do.
We try to keep prices and product information accurate. If we find a clear pricing error on an order we have not yet shipped, we will contact you and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Most purchase options on this site are subscriptions that renew automatically. This section is important, so please read it.
- The 1 bar kit renews every month.
- The 3 bar kit renews every 3 months.
- The 5 bar kit renews every 5 months.
Your first order is charged at the price shown at checkout. Every order after that is charged at a 20% discount to that price, plus shipping and tax where they apply.
Your subscription continues until you cancel it. We charge your saved payment method automatically on each renewal date. You do not need to do anything for a renewal to happen.
You can pause, skip, reschedule or cancel at any time from your customer account, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future orders. See our Subscription Policy for the full detail.
If you would rather not subscribe, use the one time purchase option on the product page.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout and on each renewal. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on the schedule shown to you at checkout, until you cancel. If a payment fails we may retry it a small number of times before pausing the subscription.

Our content
The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Limits on our liability
We provide the site and the products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place an order. If we make a material change to subscription pricing or cadence, we will tell existing subscribers by email before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], and disputes will be handled by the courts of [STATE], unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
